Great Lever Ward has been granted £50,865.00 which is split over 4 years as follows:
Year 1 (2011-2012): £8,436.00
Year 2 (2012-2013): £12,734.00
Year 3 (2013-2014): £12,732.00
Year 4 (2014-2015): £16,963.00
The Community First funding application process will comprise of quartely Community First Meetings where funding proposals and applications will be considered. Grants of between £250-£2,500 will be awarded to projects that best meet the local priorities below as decided by the Community First Meeting. Their decision is final.
The local priorities for funding are as follows:
A) Building Community Cohesion
B) Improving and Protecting the Environment
C) Building the Social-Economic Prospects for people in the area
